Wise council is criminally slept on as a way to move up in the world. Intuition, gut feelings, and all of these other cute ways to operate still rely on you. Learning from people that have been through what you are going through is a straight up cheat code. There’s a reason the author of Proverbs in the Bible presses so heavily on wise council and seeking the advice of people that are way smarter and wiser than you are.

I can say with confidence that AT LEAST 80-90% of the '100% Grass-Fed Tallow' sold in stores and online is not in fact 100% grass-fed. You can't prove through any testing that a cow is fed grass 100% of the time. However, in the case of cooking fats, through lab testing you can prove the fatty acid profile of the fat, which will reveal what the animal's diet consisted of. Normally you wouldn't think about this, but me being in the ghee biz has caused me to stumble on these conclusions. That is why we are working towards getting our product lab tested for the fatty acid profile along with a number of other tests.

Great Ghee

Anybody else have a hard time when you’re invited over for dinner but you know they put zero regard into the food and fats they are eating? Quite frustrating. Makes you massively appreciate eating at a friends house where you know they are seed-oil free and mostly local/organic.

Taking swigs of skimmed raw milk throughout the day will do wonders for feeling hydrated. Raw milk is super water. Water on steroids, even.

Which of these tests do you want to see done on Great Ghee first? Was prepping more packing material for great ghee orders and I stumbled on some Road & Track magazines from 1987. The ads in them are just so iconic. Would love to have Great Ghee marketing be like this at some point down the line
