I don’t post much. I usually don’t have much to say. But tonight is different. I have to say how cool and empowering #bitcoin, #nostr, and these tools of the future are.

Thanks to
@Ungovernable Misfits and hopefully some cool swag for a gift, my wife had to have bitcoin to make her purchase. She ran into some trouble unfortunately with her typical way to get some bitcoin. This caused her to try 2-3 different things. She learned so much and asked so many questions. So forcing someone to purchase using bitcoin furthered her down her journey, neat way of doing it.
Lastly, listening to a podcast on
@Fountain earlier I thought I should comment on how slick the UX was. When getting my wife set up with an Alby Go connection to our node, she sees a zap come through on my wallet (from
@Oscar Merry no less). I comment about how wild the world is that a guy not real tech-y is getting sats for his feedback straight from the developer.
And here I am trying to put into words my excitement about the future on a platform like
@Damus . I am sure the people who do the work on these tools don’t get to hear thank you enough, but thank you! What a powerful day in my journey!
