GM! Had a great day fishing yesterday. I am so blessed to have a friend who truly loves fishing. We have spent days working our butts off for a couple bites, drove hundreds of miles to be rained on, bug bitten, sun burnt, & snagged, spent thousands on tackle, gear, and trips together. But even then, sometimes the best times are right here at our home river, watching people race to "spots" with tens of thousands in boats, screens, the newest tech and all that, we pull in with a 60's aluminum jon boat, tie off to a tree, and put on a clinic! I LOVE being on or near the water. I think it brings such a peace and relaxation, a recharging of the soul. Ponds, creeks, rivers, lakes, the ocean - I feel rejuvenated after each moment in the nature surrounding the water. Maybe I should photograph and document more of my trips on here? #fishing #crappie #water
