I love the rustic look of the letters but it doesn't fit super well with the modern look of my white linen paper. image I'm turned in between the two. They're both so nice. View quoted note →

We’re born shitcoins. We work to become Bitcoin.

If you do not believe in yourself enough to spend your bitcoins you're probably a shitcoin.

What's the point of borrowing money by using money as a collateral to spend money? The point of borrowing is to access capital you do not have. A lender is someone's who believes in your capacity to use this new capital to create more value over time. Fiat borrowing by using Bitcoin as collateral is... Fiat as fuck. It has a place right now not because it is a better way to lend and borrow but because we live in a fiat world. View quoted note →

Is it what people call adhd when you feel the need to do something else after working on something for a short 5 or 10 minutes?

As a priority before opening again I want to help the French boutique in Paris. I have failed so hard on my self imposed obligation to help them. I simply did not have the means to do so. Now I do but I am missing time and energy. Once I get it back, they are my priority. View quoted note →

I don't know when I will be ready to take new orders. Right now I'm trying to find myself in this new work load. Once I am confident my process is well established and it as became second nature to me, it will be possible to take more work on the side. I am starting to build a new workshop next month which will help tremendous by growing my workspace by 4x but I do not know when I will be ready. I need to find stability first.

The only way to honor an industrial building that is part of the patrimony is to bring back an industry in it. I wish I could be that guy. I've come to deeply admire the industrials. There’s a certain power and aura in being one. They don't just run an office. They build infrastructure, establish supply lines, innovate, preserve the savoir-faire, and employ across every class of society. The industrial is the most powerful and respectable capitalist. I consider a company to be slightly different than a business. There's something more profound about "a company". A company is alive. It is something beyond the business model. The business model can be copied but not the company. The company is something people want to join and help grow because there's something beautiful in it.

My town as an urbanist plan for this very old industrial building that has been out of use for years. I wish I could buy the whole building to build the greatest Bitcoin company instead of letting them transform this into affordable housing and stores. image

Is there a thing to temporarily unfollow everyone? I want an empty feed for a moment. Unfollowing everyone is probably the best way but it's not something I want to be permanent and building back the follow list would be a pain.

A letter was supposed to be part of every order. An ultra based letter. The first person who bought a Coldclutch got it. A beautiful and based letter on linen textured paper. But I made the mistake of second guessing myself, asking for other people input and editing the content of the letter. I edited too much and I felt like it wasn't coming from my Heart anymore. I started hating it so much I asked the person who got it to remove the picture he had taken of it and posted on Twitter. I'm going to bring back the letter and next time I will barely edit it and I won't ask anyone's input. I just need to find this good place in me to gain the inspiration. Not yet.
