Taking the elevator back from a late pool & sauna, wrapped in just a towel, since I didn't put my swimsuit back on after sweating in the sauna, as one does. Checking myself in the wall mirror, not exactly a dad body, but definitely a comfortable one. In the lobby, a party of backpackers is surprised that the lift they called is preoccupied; I motion that I have no problem if they join the ride. During it, it came out we share the language, so a few jokes and questions about the pool are exchanged. Would have felt better if they weren't an all-male party, but maybe the dream fairy will grant me the complementary scenario. #ThereIsStillHope

Not sure, not important. What's important is the sound of jingle bells, small and timid, some more clear, some profound and heavy, hitting only on harder steps.
