I saw, I bought, I gheed.
First time is the charm. Took a wee bit longer than I anticipated (over an hour), and it seemed to me that it could handle a bit longer, but it started to get a little too golden toasty at the bottom while there were protein columns worthy of a Pillars of Creation nebula membership card. But alas, I went for better safe than sorry and took it from the heat.
Cooling down while I come up with a recipe to use them.
