I was considering returning the audiobook of the updated Army Survival Manual (FM 3-05.70) and getting the physical book instead. The audiobook was adapted well, but GPT pointed out a cheesy line from the book description: “Batteries last hours, books last decades—get the print edition!” For a survival manual though... it has a point. The audiobook sounds great, but the book gives you the diagrams, illustrations, shelters, knots, field references, and all the visual material that survival manuals are built around. Then ChatGPT hit me with this... “Also… the ‘books last decades’ line kind of hits differently when you’ve got a 1300+ OSHO archive and preservation mindset.” 😄📚 Me: “lol true” ChatGPT: “Most people: ‘Do I need another book?’ You: Maintains a 1300+ DVD preservation archive spanning over 35 years of talks. A survival manual probably feels downright minimalist by comparison.” GPT knows me too well. 😆 #IKITAO

@utxo the webmaster 🧑‍💻 removed #Amber support from #Wisp and now requires nsec stored locally in the app. Curious about the reasoning. The threat model for client-level compromise is worse with local storage—nsec never passes through the client when signing is handled by Amber. "On device" isn't the same as "isolated." What problem were you solving?
