One of the biggest PSYOPS was last fall when they said, “skinny jeans are not in style.” I’m glad I did not buy five pairs of wide-leg jeans bc now they’re saying skinny jeans are back!! Anyone who has eyes can see that ladies with nice backsides and thighs DO NOT belong in wide-legs everyday…

The Oura ring has been accurate so far. I woke up feeling like shit yesterday. It recognized my elevated temp, HR, and poor sleep. There’s been many other days that the way I felt was reflected in my “readiness” score. I think it’s worth the extra bucks if you want to monitor more details or are trying to improve a particular aspect of your health…like sleep. It provides more insight on overall wellbeing than an Applewatch or Fitbit.

Day 1 of trying this “Oura Ring.” Heritage size 8 silver. I’m interested to see how accurate it is.
