In a world where AI is literally starting to take over entire industries, can we please get automated phone systems to actually answer questions that are not just yes/no answers... Like obviously if all I wanted to do is check my balance or find store hours I wouldn't be calling... I only call if something really weird is going on and I require some level of intelligence to answer me. Sigh.

I thought this highlighted bit was interesting because this is what people think today about on-chain (which are slow and may take up to an hour to confirm) vs. lightning (which is instant and doesn't require on-chain confirmation to declare ownership of the coins).
