In a company that uses registration time systems to control their employees to work 8 hours a day. Will they prefer an employee just sitting in the office and do nothing for 8 hours? Or reward the employees that works efficiently for 1 hour but outperform the previous employees. In the end: They will fire the employees working only 1 hour for violating the 8 hour working hours.
