GM @Niel Liesmons Did targeted Publication events disappear from the recent community spec? How would users be able send events to a community then? I think it was a good thing to be able to share events with a community though I'm not the author of that specific event 🤔

I see targeted publication events are gone and the follow-list approach needs to be implemented. Should we align on a d-tag for interoperability of follow-sets between communikey apps? Also wrote a comment on my app, but don't see it in chateau
