All through the recentering and grounding force of the breath. I meet people all the time who are curious about plant medicines and psychedelics, and I definitely share their curiosity. I’ve explored that landscape quite a bit myself. But, it’s remarkable that still some of the most powerful revelations, visions, and spiritual experiences in my life are from just breathing.
