Been training since I was 16 years old…
3 sport athlete, natural bodybuilding, mixed martial arts…
When I was 29 my hips gave out on me…
The left went first…
bone on bone grinding due to zero cartilage…
felt like getting stabbed every step…
The right gave out a month later…
I couldn’t walk…
I was in a wheel chair for over a month…
Waiting…
Doc said they can replace both hips or resurface them both…
No promises for the resurfacing, but better hardware in the future if I can make it…
So I rolled the dice….
Left hip operation, 3 months rehab,
right hip, 6 months of rehab in a pool with the old farts…
Then a year of training to gain back what I lost…
It’s been 12 years since then…
I haven’t slowed down…
I have SPED UP
