I feel off the horse over the last few days. Some birthday parties over the weekend -> some cake -> dopamine hits -> sugar such an addictive drug. Carried through to yesterday. Realise again that I am a sugar addict and it needs to be zero. Back to meat and water today. Old cravings will be back tonight I gather, but will shoe them away. #carnivore

10x12 1 H KB swings. 20x 1 TGU. All on 45 secs with 32 kg. Post last nights indoor trainer, getting back in the groove post Easter break. As Gary Brekka put so eloquently - “Aging is the aggressive pursuit of comfort.” Get out of your comfort zone. image

Rolling into my mid-40’s, massively reducing alcohol intake I’ve realised is no psy-op @Marty Bent I’ve always been into sport, family, active living but now that I’ve massively reduced my alcohol intake in 2025, I’ve come to realise that a) I was drinking way too much before and b) I was not operating anywhere near peak performance. Think you need to be at least 2 weeks booze free to start seeing the positive effects. 1 month better. Not saying I’ll never have a glass of red wine again, but max 3-4 times per year. And that’ll be a glass as opposed to polishing the bottle. The future is bright. Marathon and KB swing annual reps PBs coming this year.

@Danny Knowles on your conversation with Junseth, I would be very wary about holding any large positions in leveraged ETFs. These need to rebalance daily (as they provide DAILY LEVERAGED RETURNS) so you as a holder are short gamma. To rebalance, the funds need to buy when the market is up to maintain the leverage ratio and likewise sell when the market is down. So generally they trend down unless you get lucky with momentum. Having a large allocation to these is a death wish. Most don’t realise the daily leverage the issuers need to maintain. Very different from buying a regular future or forward on leverage.

Is sunning your kahunas still a thing in the Bitcoin community? Anyway, was at the sauna this morning and gave them a good sunning when outside!

@HODL I was listening to the lady from Anchor Watch this morning on What Bitcoin Did. @Danny Knowles made a point that you love to see others win. I thought that was pretty fkn cool. Respect.
