New 2025 fasting protocol. At least 36 hours from Sunday evening, every Sunday evening. Just to test - no idea if it’ll be positive or negative, but can’t see any downside. The two steaks for dinner will see my through no issue!

One of the biggest personal challenges I’ve had with #carnivore is alcohol. It is a definitive crux of mine. But where better to lay down a personal challenge than the nostr open public square. Day 2 sober. Target : 30. Then we go from there. But need something near term achievable.

#asknostr Does anyone discount the growth in addresses with a balance of < 0.1 BTC? Being back in Asia, where I thought Bitcoin acceptance would be more widespread, visibility is actually disappointing. Is the growth in these addresses just the outputs of collaborative transactions to smaller UTXOs or is it more related to the Americas and Africa?
