I keep growing radishes because they are so easy and such a great confidence booster but I don't really eat them. Any suggestions on the best way to enjoy radish?
They go well in a home made Kim Chi but it really calls for Daicon radish.
I really need to get some seeds. I can never find it in the shops & it's easy as to grow.
I haven’t tried it yet because I love them so much with a little bit of salt after plucking them from a bowl of water in the fridge, but apparently roasting them with a coating of olive oil and a dash of your fav seasonings is good.
