You forgot to include Zap Events on Nostr + Lightning as an example of how to take something very private and make it fully public with identifiers for everybody involved.

There is a significant difference in storage persistence for a Kind 9734 and Kind 9735 in that
1) you choose your client
2) you choose your relays
We see evidence of this by the non persistence wallet to wallet and client to client
You are an active participant in how the “liquidity channel” is constructed and deconstructed
There is immutable persistence to onchain dust UTXOs (previously considered a vector for onchain psychos) that get batched into a discovered block
Taking this one step deeper… bitcoins permissionless onchain design means once this is “turned on” (base discoverable wallets) in a client, you don’t have “trust lines”… meaning you can’t control being paid by someone
Even a terrorist or child abuser
