Some of these relay owners don't grasp thst they are providing a service & have to appeal to regulation which ensures they don't act like hitler & torture their users just because they host the relay. Don't you feel it's childish that a relay owner be acting like it's my relay I can do whatever I want? Drop those relays, relays are websites & I assure you that they cannot do whatever they want.
