Over the course of the 1800s, "accidental" city-leveling fires (search "Great Fires" in my post history and listen to E107 & E108 on my podcast), as well as demolitions targeting critical capacitors like libraries and cathedrals, disrupted the worldwide frequency lock. II. Acoustic Liquefaction (The "Mud Floods") As the system lost frequency, buildings resonated out of control, causing acoustic liquefaction. In Chicago USA, massive masonry buildings sank into the vibrating soil. What history calls "lifting the city", was actually the ground liquefying under shattered resonance. III. Dielectric Breakdown By September 1859, with grounding mechanisms sabotaged, the atmosphere reached a breaking point.
