Yeah where i live is a far smaller and more rural area than NYC. I have a theory that these opinions increase with population density, and the population density is nowhere near as high where I am. Im not gonna lie, I kinda tune out when I start to hear those arguments, common sense is an insanely arbitrary term, and i dont usually ask people to elaborate at that point.

Yeah I'm sure NYC is a weird bubble (realize more and more as I have seen more of the world ) yeah I've heard that theory before of pop density and left leaning politics I'm too much of an asshole, I enjoy proving people are wrong or incoherent.
