Not fucked. Just still seeking the solution. Are you getting enough magnesium in your diet? Leafy greens, salmon, dark chocolate.... I had extreme shoulder pain years ago and they could find no reason why. Turned out I was chronically short on magnesium. Now I supplement 250-300mg a day with magnesium bisglycinate and no more muscle pain. Hope this helps 👍
Absofrigginlutely. It's amazing how being short on even just one thing over a long enough period of time will completely mess the body (and the mind!) up!

Oh no. I am so sorry! Sending you healing light and prayers that the pain subsides quickly. I was just in the ER about 10 or so days ago with debilitating pain and also had the worst 3 weeks of my life in excruciating debilitating pain back in Sept... That was most pain I've ever experienced and the first time in my 40 year existence I've had this type of grasp on the immobilizing debilitating reality of physical pain. I pray you are pain free and directed to easily address the root cause swiftly.🌹🕊️🙏🏻
