Experimenting with sterilizing the upper intestine this fine morning. - 25 drops Camphosal (tincture of camphoric acid and salol). - 1 tbsp of coconut oil - 4 caps of ozonated charcoal The charcoal and coconut oil should act as a carrier that delivers the #Camphosal into the small intestine, where it purge whatever unwanted microbiome happens to lurk there and clean the GI interfaces of the liver, gallbladder, pancreas, etc. #Peatstr image

It looks pretty grodey. Good luck
I always enjoy a good experiment. Let us know how you feel afterwards.
Ah man, the charcoal went rogue and delivered it to your 🧠 thinking the coconut wanted to go home….
I think I'll double the charcoal to make it less soupy. Running this for at least a week.
I feel great. I already ran CamphoSal in water, 25 drops a day, for a week. In hindsight I don't think it made it past the stomach. This might fare better. Might also encapsulate and freeze before taking.
Day 2 of #CamphoSal experiment. Changed the ratio to 5 caps of charcoal to 1 tsp of coconut oil, then chilled for 5 minutes to firm the gloop. Went down much easier. Yesterday I felt exceeding clarity. I believe the gloop made it past the stomach and was able to act on the small intestine and the interfaces of the liver, gallbladder, and pancreas. I suspect it also cleanses the appendix. No die off symptoms whatsoever, but I've done a lot of gut work already and I'm assuming the charcoal soaks up any die off immediately. Will run a total of 7 days and then reflect. Goal is to sterilize the upper intestine and reduce systemic endotoxin, thus improving wellbeing/metabolism. #Peatstr View quoted note →
