I recently tried New Zealand King Salmon for the first time, and wow—it’s amazing.
Did you know they call it the *Wagyu of fish*? I didn’t either, but I get it.
It’s buttery, rich, and so easy to cook to perfection.
And I’m obsessed with Barramundi. It’s such a versatile and delicious fish.
One of my favorite things to do here is visit the local fish markets every week for the freshest catch.
The best part? It’s actually affordable!
