Weds - long walk
Tues - long walk
Mon - Functional Training + walk
Sun - long walk
Sat - HiiT + walk
Day 12 of no booze too.
5 days into carnivore.

Breakfast - 6 x raw eggs
Late lunch - bacon + sausage (from local farm!) :)
