i agree with you that **strategically**, resisting arrest is a poor choice and i wouldn't recommend it. it WILL get you shot and everyone knows this (whether that is reasonable or legal is a different story). but the fact of the arrest itself, and the wider context that preceeded this event... that's where i place the "blame", broadly.

He can go back to wherever his lineage stems from when his ancestors *legally* immigrated from.
More people will die until people respect the fact that the US is a nation of laws. This is not hard or controversial.
lol. is one of the laws you're referring to that natural-born citizens can have their citizenship status stripped and be forcably shipped away to one of potentially dozens of countries that their ancestors came from (a country which may not want them)?

What if he were from a native American tribe in the state of Minnesota? I think that you have better arguments than that.
If they are devout communists maybe send them to a communist nation that is more in line with their values. Might be the ultimate way to change their mind and turn them from an enemy.
