There's not much to explain. It's exactly what it looks like. Core got taken over by VC backed defi/nft/shitcoin investors. Now core allows 100kb op_return by default. Run a knots node.

Wasn't that the whole point why debate escalated?! When @Bitcoin Mechanic got muted on Github bc he mentioned other peoples ties to Citera.
