It's a manipulation problem IMO...Lately I sent a parcel to a friend in Spain. The boarder in Spain wouldn't release the package. It was only a small bag of herbal organic tea... My friend had to fill 3 pages of a form and still, they would not give it to her. It came back to me 4 months later! A few days ago I gave it another try. Hope this time it will have a smoother transition to her. This is really annoying...!
