I didn't know Charlie Kirk was a POTUS contender. And he probably wasn't. Some people wanted him to be. Some people thought he might be. But he never stated that he wanted to be a contender. No super PACs were formed. Nothing in his organization pointed that he was running. (Regarding Biden, I don't know) If we will define as a contender anyone who's name was mentioned as a possible candidate, half of the US are possible candidates.
