I truly believe that ICE will be searching American citizen's cars and potentially their backgrounds, social media, and maybe their phones all to ensure they are "safe" and "not smuggling illegals." More violations of the constitution.

I agree. Once there is a enforcement agency with a budget there will be ever more encroachments to justify their existence. Government doesn’t have to be evil to do evil.
