Are you helping small businesses setting up their own BTCPayServers? How do you help them manage their cryptos if they are not meant to exchange for fiat instantly?

In our use case we utilize https://bitcart.ai/, and nostr:nprofile1qqsfflr47enjxvkjch7s4dcf58z3pddyafymqllfevaehdu25tdua0qpzpmhxue69uhkummnw3ezumt0d5hszrnhwden5te0dehhxtnvdakz7qgawaehxw309ahx7um5wghxy6t5vdhkjmn9wgh8xmmrd9skctcf3r4xm, and we do value, and deeply appreciate BTCPay Server, it is a phenomenal tool, however we have yet to implement a Multi-coin set up for it as of now. We do want to expand to making that an option in the future but as of now with our current set up the primary team member in charge of most of the tasks associated with merchant adoption has found Bitcart more effective for Multi-coin adoption, though we will re-explore BTCPay Server as an option as we add more members to our team who are more familiar with BTCPay Server, and it's Multi-coin options. Our Long Term Goal is to add qualified experts of all merchant payment gateways, and softwares to our team, as well as developing in house solutions.
