This is one thing about carnivore that doesn’t work as well for me as I’d like it to. I eat a pound and half of beef for dinner and I’m still a bit hungry. It’s not crazy and my hunger is nothing like it was when I was a carb clown but I wish I got satiated to greater extent after big meals.

I had a similar experience when I first tried keto. mark sisson wrote a book that I stumbled onto and he says that it takes a few weeks to transition your metabolism off the sugar addiction. he recommends fasting and being really strict for the "withdrawal" period. couple weeks.
listen to him on rogan if your interested enough to know more. was a great episode.
anyway, I just eat primarily meat meals and don't really think about food anymore. never felt better.
Check out Robert Lustig's talks on sugar (glucose, fructose). He has an explanation from the point of the digestive system that seems to make a lot of sense. He says, it's not all sugars but particular ones.
