I am not a computer scientist, academic, or scholar. I have limited knowledge of the technical aspects of bitcoin, programming, cryptology, mathematics, or protocols. I, with chatGPT, refined this protocol proposal. My hope is that in the future an improved version of this protocol has the potential to support decentralized and open source AI applications.
I hope this can be the framework to empower individuals. If anything, perhaps this will cause someone else to have a better idea and greater project. I believe that ASIC miners are essential to Bitcoin, but I find it tragic that the individual lost the ability to use computers they own to earn bitcoin. I believe this has hindered the adoption of Bitcoin, the Peer-to-Peer Electronic Cash System, as the primary method of transactions in everyday life. Perhaps this open-source protocol can enable the individual to once again utilize computers they own to not only earn Bitcoin, but ensure there is decentralized computational power accessible to anyone worldwide.
If it violates core principles of bitcoin or if the concept unworkable or idiotic, I apologize. If there are already projects accomplishing this, I also apologize. I could not find anything exactly like this.
I ask the following. If any individual finds any of this protocol proposal to be of use, contribute to the idea. Please incorporate the requirement to tie this protocol to nodes; it is essential as many people worldwide run their own full nodes. Modify, improve, and seek to make this project more decentralized. Ensure that individuals are able to participate in the protocol with as low barrier to entry as possible. Make the world a better place. I leave this project in your hands.
