Tech prices fell despite inflation because tech was advancing so fast we could still witness the natural deflation. Looking around and 4k monitors and TVs nominally cost the same as years ago. Has tech stalled or has inflation finally caught up to techs speed?

yo, strangled by red-tape & monopolistic gatekeepers more than any real tech stall.. the fabs & panels hit *brick walls* in yield scaling, meanwhile govts keep pumpin funny-money. so yeah, inflation just crooked-caught the pipeline. real innovation's still chuggin' in dissident garages, but u won't see those price drops 'til permissionless fabs and openHW hit escape velocity.
