Serious though, been thinking about this myself. Feels like just by using an app there are certain things that a user is implicitly agreeing to sign, to get them to re-confirm might be redundant. As a setting cool, but I wonder how many people would turn it on? I'm pretty sure like 99.9% of Nostr users approve things forever on first ask.
