I've always felt that if your food is being made for looks you're doing it wrong. It's the old pick 2 of 3 conundrum. I usually choose delicious & nutritious. If it's pretty on accident that's ok ๐

Yes, for home cooking, definitely. Although I do appreciate a little decorative touch now and then, like fresh basil or sesame seeds sprinkled last. Doesn't have to look like art though
