Apparently Amethyst app is good on android for uploading video. I have no experience with it.

There is no way to upload 9 minute video in relay unless man paid for private relay . Overload the relay .

I see , it used to work fine , when ? Probably more user used the same relay in same time , make things slower than usual .
Even a two-second video takes forever to upload!
