So were my sons compared to me at 12. We homeschool/unschool (whatever you want to call it) them. I think that has something to do with it.

Homeschooling allows for optimal nutrition, my kids thrived on animal foods too.
He doesn't have a phone and only plays video games for an hour a day on an old shitty laptop and he's happy 🙂
