We upgraded the hermit crab habitat today, and added a few friends. We thought Donner was a goner, but apparently he was just shedding his skin? 🦀 🤯

Uh great we just got three of those little friends. They are still quite shy. What do you feed them? Here they like carrot peels more than shrimps and meat.
Still on can food. We got one at the beach this year and needed to add friends. They had a cage which was what my son wanted for a bday gift. It’s been an adjustment and only a few hours in lol
They are weird. We put sand on the bottom and they hide during the day. It looks like they are dead but then some appear at night. Still need to figure out what to feed them to make them excited. They gave us some food pellets but they don't look interested. Tried cooked chicken, beef, bread, banana... Can't even tell what they like. Their eat such a tiny amount.
