Post to nostr only and link to it elsewhere. That gives you reach while directing people here and growing nostr. Just make sure the vids aren't embedded in the linked posts so it forces people to come here to watch.

How do we make sure the videos aren’t embedded?
Not sure depends on the platform I guess? One way might be to make a qr code as a link to the note and put that on a nice graphic or video preview and post that? But that's extra work. Not sure tbh just thinking out loud
