Miam ! Personne ne s'attend à ce qu'un pain de viande ait cet aspect. Bœuf nourri à l'herbe, quenelle de miso et de beurre de culture, pommes de terre Yukon Gold, haricots verts et pois gourmands accompagnés d'ail nouveau et d'oignons nouveaux. Gastrique de tomate et sauce Worcestershire maison versées en filet sur le tout. Persil, aneth, cerfeuil.
