The miner signalling. Last I checked it was at 0.3%. Bitcoin will only be disrupted if that goes up to 50%. Luke-Coin can peacefully exist along Bitcoin if no more than 33% are reached. If the 50% are reached quickly, Luke's rules get merged into Bitcoin smoothly, which would be somewhat disruptive but certainly better than some 45% forking off. So 0.3 is not the likelyhood of drama. I just made a joke around that number being 0 at first approximation.
