That is a lie. There were 0 URSF because when miners are centralized that is not needed as nodes do not matter in a centralized system.
20% of the nodes enforced BIP-110, 55% did not care but also did not like Core v30+ but all the rest of the 80% accepted the fork because it was soft fork.
There was no URSF, no one node was against it because, as we learnt, the miners are your master who in terms are controlled by the big government and blackrock.
