If the pollen sacks were open at all, you'll get seeds. Hopefully it's a small enough amount that your girls still vigorously produce more flower. If they get pollinated enough, they will slow down, or even halt.
I don't know anything about preserving cannabis pollen, in particular, as I haven't performed any breeding. However, for many/most plants, pollen does not preserve well.

I let one make open up and drop pollen for a week a couple seasons ago. Ended up with lots of seeds in the plants closest to it but not too bad with the others. Definitely still got lots of flower. I hope this time isnt as bad. I really wanted to have the pollen from this plant so I took the gamble. The trick will be preserving it for a few more weeks until I'm ready to pollinate a few branches.
