Sorry about this - AWS had an outage yesterday which caused an issue with some of our APIs - all the funds were sent and the boost is now listed on the episode page - https://fountain.fm/episode/1u8wjH1BYqfMJ7RVK0JP
Unfortunately it's not a nostr note though as we fallback to these internal boosts if the signer is not available.
