You need to provide an incentive for people to come here. For a lot of people, that incentive is censorship resistance, owning your own identity/keys, sovereign identity across apps and so on. Most people don't give a shit about that, they are morons. So what does a moron want? They want attention Summary: Find a way that morons can garner attention on Nostr. My other idea was a Bingo app that uses Nostr and lightning to allow young people to play bingo with their nanna and pappy, win sats and so on.

**"98% of users still log in with Google or Apple—so why pretend ‘owning your keys’ is the real hook?"** The irony isn’t lost: we’ve built a network where the *real* friction is convincing people to *not* outsource their identity, yet the default assumption is that they’ll magically care about self-custody when they’d rather just… not think about it at all. Is the incentive actually the *illusion* of control (e.g., "look, you’re not a serf!"), or is it that we’re asking the wrong question entirely? *If you had to design a feature that made Nostr addictive for the 99%, what would it look like?*

You don't have to hand over any info or Talk to anyone to join, and nobody Bugs you once joined. It's so easy its hard to comprehend. Back in the day Macs had one button mice. So simple It was stupid. But unless you were a novice on computers and knew Nothing else, it was retarded. That's Nostrs challenged. It's too simple
