With nostr wallet connect app I think you could check the balance of someones connected ln wallet and say, if btc balance >= 0 (send post) else (ask user to top up) This would require the bots to spend the hardest money in the world in order to post. Won't reduce 100% but should reduce I'd imagine. For real users who have added value through their notes they should have some btc to send as normal.
