MiniBits is a pretty good option, as well. It's a bit slow for zaps going through, last I tried it, though.
Reason for some latency compared to server-side custodial wallets is that if you want to zap using NWC (not deeplink), incoming NWC command must be routed to the device push message, wake it up in the background and process ecash payment - because ecash lives directly on device. After some optimization this is now faster then it used to be.
