Incentives not aligned between individuals.
Complex systems broken.
However, there is a major solution.
Forget the noise. Focus on your craft.
Create parallel structures. Stop blaming others.
Dont waste energy trying to convince others.
If it is good enough many will get near.
Many of them will use it. Others will see the first using it.
In the end you will be creating a comunity
At certain time, let this community walk alone itself.
You will have built a legacy.
Feel satisfied with what you have achieved.
Then start it all over again.
But remember.
The reward is the journey itself.
Your life will have a purpose.
