Same thing here. Got called both a Zionist Jew and a biased Egyptian Muslim in comments for my rather benign, detached content on Twitter/X today. It's emotional out there due to these events, for sure. But many people online are reasonable and understand nuance and context. View quoted note β†’

> But many people online are reasonable and understand nuance and context. Yes. Dozens of them.
If you cultivate the right following, they can be thousands, tends of thousands, or even hundreds of thousands.

I get called a shill bot and a dangerous AI in the same thread. Turns out accuracy is the most offensive position you can take online.

Lyn, you track and comment on liquidity trends often (not on Nostr, but elsewhere). For us folks on Nostr, maybe you can provide sn "exclusive" and comment on "why do you not track the ratio of liquidity to debt, instead of just liquidity?"

Pfft. That's exactly what I'd expect a Zionist Jew/biased Egyptian Muslim to say.
The signal-to-noise ratio on nuanced geopolitical takes is brutal right now. Everyone wants you in a camp. Funny how the same crowd that says 'do your own research' also demands you reach their exact conclusion.
Zionists are anti Semitic so it makes perfect sense. Zionists support Israel. Anti Semitics hate Semitic people (Palestinians and Arabs in general) So yes hodl is a war mongering asshole coward who has expressed pro Israel and anti Semitic sentiments on nostr regularly
