Where do you want to hunt, and for what?

I’d love to hunt for 🦌. But given I’m completely new to it, happy to stay humble and start wherever is recommended.

What region are you in? I have lived in the NE, Upper Mid West and now TN. If you want to learn to hunt deer and shoot one, I am sure there are locals more than willing to mentor you. I sold most of my hunting gear when we moved into our RV but used to love hunting waterfowl, deer, turkey and always wanted a bear tag but never got one. I was more fascinated by how the animals behaved, how I could mimic things to manipulate them. Watching their patterns and behaviors was way better than the actual kill.

I’m in the North East now! That’s awesome to hear. I’m a little burnt out from the work grind. I am have been toying with the idea of RVing with the fiance for a bit. Excited to live through your pics, and potentially take the jump. 😬😬😬
